Companies are built by people, not decks. We back teams we'd want to work for, and treat their time as the scarcest asset in the room.
Candour over comfort
The most useful thing an investor can offer is the truth, said early and said plainly. We'd rather be helpful than agreeable.

Great companies compound quietly for years before they look inevitable. We structure our involvement to reward that, not to rush it.

We invest our own capital and stake our own name. When we advise, we commit — no drive-by opinions, no misaligned incentives.

Jeremy has spent his career at the intersection of technology and finance — as one of the first Java architects at Oracle, an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, and founding partner of Magister Advisors, the technology-focused M&A advisory firm.
He was Chief Development Officer at Consensys, the leading Ethereum software company, and a founding board member of the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance — an early mover in bringing blockchain to the enterprise. Jadium Labs draws on that operating, advisory, and investing experience to back founders and help companies through the decisions that shape them.
